Processing time

benici operates primarily as a small, made-to-order brand. For pre-order releases, please allow 5–6 weeks for your order to be produced before it ships. Exact timing will also be confirmed on the product page and by email.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on destination and are shown at checkout. UK orders typically arrive faster than international ones.

Shipping costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and will always be shown before you pay.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
