Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, it must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If the size isn't right, we're happy to exchange it once it's back with us and confirmed to be unworn and in original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or faulty, contact us immediately at support@benici.store. Don't send it back before hearing from us — we'll sort it directly, no returns portal, no ticket number.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
