EU Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

This section applies to customers ordering from within the European Union, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. It exists alongside our standard Returns Policy, not instead of it.

Your right to cancel

If you're an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to cancel

To exercise this right, email support@benici.store with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the wording: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the purchase of [item]."

Returning the goods

Once you've told us you're cancelling, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Your refund

We will refund the full price of the goods, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid (this does not include any extra cost if you chose a faster or premium delivery option over our standard shipping). Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof that you've sent them back — whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or adequate proof of return is provided.

Condition of goods

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature and condition — in practice, this means the item should be returned unworn and unused.
